That might not be until March, which was my point.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Why the tracker is saying that the save is still with me is that I sent the save to Krill direct. My mistake.

Looks like most of your units in that stack are summons. I dont think they get any religions. Gibbon stayed put because he has the bRivalTerritory tag. You weren't at war and didnt have an Open Borders agreement when the border shifted thus kicking your other units out.
That being said, I wouldnt doubt that there is some additional code weirdness regarding CoE units. It's probably one of the least solid mechanics in FFH.

There were adepts on that tile that had the Esus religion...even if the summons got removed, there were adepts with a bunch of promotions that would probably have taken a hit or two.

Interesting. Do you still have the save from the turn before Gibbon is killed that you could send me? I'd like to take a look at it and try to figure out what the mechanics are behind this occurrence.

I thought this was already totally cleared up by Nicolae's post(s) above.
Gibbon doesn't need OB to be in rival territory while at peace, but everyone else does.
The fact that Esus units can move into enemy territory using OB and not get teleported out with a war declaration is irrelevant to the situation.

OK. So it was basically just a wacky convergence of game mechanics.
If Krill had an OB agreement or was already at war with Nicolae, he would have been fine.
I guess another option would have been to use the Mask ability on some of the Esus troops in the stack. I imagine HN units would also be immune to the border popping relocation.

And flights of angels sing thee to your rest!
Yes the Grigori have indeed left the building.
Thanks for the game Acalostas.
And for something totally different (but related), after eliminating Acalostas I found that going into former Grigori cities that the previously angry citizens disappeared off the interface, e.g. I had a city of 8 pop with 4 angry, after the capture the city showed 4 working and no specialists with the pop still 8.
I was able to assign the missing citizens but the interface didn't show them until I assigned them to land.
Just a FYI.

Acalostas has been eliminated, so the tracker needs updating. I think the tracker is borked a bit anyway, so perhaps some updates for the current group of players as well.
GG Acal, by the way, thanks for playing.
