I think need to consider golden age timing and civic swaps before working out tech path.
I think should aim for third GP as a GS from Krank, timed to hit 132gpp the turn the GP comes out of Oracle city, working backwards from that date to figure out what else Krank can give before it starts trying to crank out beakers.

GP from Suspect Device has a whole lot of variance in terms of timing depending on when Hinduism spreads so a temple can be whipped. Other than that, Krank is the likely candidate for GP #3.
If needs be we can pick up OR with the same anarchy turn we pick up Republic. That would enable missionary building sans Meditation and Monastery. Once we've spread Hinduism around a bit we can either eat the second anarchy turn for the religion swap or wait for GA. In order to do the OR swap we would need to pick up Monotheism after Sailing. I'm OK with this so long as it doesn't push HBR back too far.
In the meantime, our blistering turn pace of 3 turns per week seems to be continuing.

Ah yes, i forgot about the religion spread. In that case, it seems straightforward. If religions spreads, want a temple and to work the priest once the city that reaches 44 gpp, which would line up with rep quite well. That would also line up with working the scientists in Krank, grabbing the galley and regrowing asap onto cottages in expectation of a higher happy cap.
If religion doesn't spread, then suck up the loss really.

What do you think of Mono after Sailing, and using OR and Krank as a missionary pump? Working two grass hill mines and two scientists that would be 4 turn missionaries and minimum 15bpt and let's every other city focus on the basics and growth. My only concern would be Allhazard with a powerspike at the time we went for Mono, otherwise i think it's worthwhile. HBR is needed for reference, but we need to show that to Allhazard, just reaching it isn't enough.

Using the sheep and the flood plain, that leaves 2 grass cottages needing size 8, size 6 if not working the two grass cottages. With silver and rep that is enough happy. We can revolt religion as well if you want, but we only need OR and religion in the city to build missionaries, and religion in a city to build a temple. That enables the priest and loosens up the use of scientists for tech, otherwise that Shrine will never happen or we can't use scientists for tech until t84ish, being limited by the top counter.

Cities:
Sex Dwarf:
Worker whipped t51 for 38 hammers overflow into Mids. Regrow t53, 54 and 55. Whip settler t56 for ~30 more hammers.
Feuer Frei:
Wealth to size 5. Then take chop into settler and whip. Regrow on wealth/spears/axes.
Krank:
Whip worker for 2 pop t51, overflow into gran. grow on archer/axe.
Control:
Chop completes t52 to finish granary. I'd like to grow on Library but will build archer first.
Suspect Device:
Chop completes t52 into granary. 2nd northern forest needs to be cleared and a road built 8 of the city. City finishes gran then archer/axe/spear (temple once Hindu gets spread)
