Let me clarify where I stand right now :

I'm not proposing a mulligan.
I'm saying I do not outright reject the request in this case.
I consider it fair to grant other teams the same opportunity in the future ( which will be also referred for a vote ).
I also flag up the fact I will outright reject any second/third request in this vein from a team.
I'm putting this up for a vote because Menagerie consider it critical and in the end it's you all playing the game, which should be played the way you want it.
I recommend you vote "No" because it's against standard practice.
I agree with Lewwyn's misgivings which have been also voiced by lurkers.

I agree. I'd rather not have M3 feel forced to spend two years dealing with the ramifications of their error. I think that kills this game faster than a few reloads. Remember that mistakes in the early turns are far more crucial than mistakes of the same type later on.

I'm assuming that this is an error brought on by one player not knowing what the other player is doing, so basically it's the same kind of team communication malfunction that already earned Pirates a reload.

Lurker comment: Team Pirate's reload was to allow them to address organisational issues within their team. Team Menagerie's request is to allow them to replay a turn. Outcomes or causes?

(I don't wish to answer that question for you, merely raise the distinction. Beyond that, I think the prevailing lurker view has been made clear by Mist.)

I guess we're waiting for teams to vote on whether or not to reload? So far we have M3 voting for a reload and no other teams voting.

Having teams vote on a reload is a bad idea. It impacts diplomacy. This is why there is a game admin...

Following this logic, shouldn't M3 have a reload?
