I've been number crunching. With the city 1S of the horse I can get us a chariot chopped into the horse city EOT 54 and it can attack out T55. Also I whip a chariot out of WW and get it in range T54 and can attack anything on the horses T55. Whipping the chariot out of Werewolves is great because we can grow WW to pop 3 the turn before we whip and then whip straight back down to 2. This preserves our capital from whipping allowing it to grow to Pop 4 by T53. Then the cap can put 3 turns into a settler and 2 pop whip that on T56. That settler can go settle for the fish and copper though it takes 3 turns to move to the PH if we want to place it there. The only issue with this plan is we get our 4th worker EOT T57 out of Werewolf with a chop from the 3rd worker. It might be better to whip another worker out of the cap instead of the settler, but it delays us getting to copper and puts off our 4th city in a game where we need to expand pretty rapidly. So I'm currently considering both options.

Also note the Granary in the cap is finished the turn after the settler is whipped so we get that benefit while regrowing.

Anyway I'll revisit this, if anyone has questions about the micro or what's going on it please feel free to comment.

I have no negative criticism, things look to be moving in a good direction. I like the more aggressive plant. We've made the investment in archery, +25% terrain, +25% hill, +50% city, we'll win any hammer exchange for a long time at that location. Plus, as mentioned, seals up the better commerce site to the rear. Would that intermediate location then be 1S of cows? Continue your harassment. goodjob

I suppose it's rather depressing how we can start a war with one warrior, find out they still got copper and still nothing new to deal with.

Moving along, the biggest part of the turn was moving the settler onto the hill. I could see every tile except the PH to the SE of the city site:

and we're good. The archers will be into the city shortly plus the warrior there. Speaking of warriors:

He's still alive and trucking. I have no idea if there is an axe 2 N of this position or not. I've just kept heading west to keep their attention without dying. Not sure where to go next turn though. We settle next turn so is it worth it to go NW? Or maybe we simply sit in place.

We regrew to size 3 in the cap. 2 turns to grow to Size 2 in WW.

Hmmmm.

How easy is it to chop a library into the horse city?

Also, Alcohol could just go 1N onto the hill if you deem the vision for that turn worth the potential loss of the warrior.

Well, if we chop a chariot T54 in the horse city it will be difficult seeing as we only have 2 forests available to chop. The hill and the spice one.

Yep, thought about that as well. I actually am favoring keeping that warrior alive though so that they are forced to at least think about keeping the axe in the capital instead of traipsing up towards our new city on their border. I may explore a bit south and then come back north to that hill in a couple turns.
