I guess Iron Works would let me get the other stuff. But I'm really tempted to rush Pentagon to get 3 promotion ships.

Nobody has democraci, in fact it would take 3 turns to Wetbandit to research the techs. I will get the SoL in 9 turns, the only way that I could lose it is if wetbandit rush it with his 2 GE which means that he would delay or lost the chance for a third GA for a long time.
Wall Street will give me 62g is not that important right now.
Iron Works Will give 26h wich speed up other wonder that I may what in the future plus I could 1turn units for that city.
Pentagon will let me get 3 promo ships with the right civics.
