now that I think about it, I kind of like plako's position. He's got a chance to control the entire east side - HAK is green and has made mistakes, LP will probably expand west, as the lands to his south don't look great and Xenudore and MackSeven are fighting each other.

You sound like a little brat and besides that, I don't care about what issues you have with Seven. Do banter as much as you feel like, but keep it civil. Attacking someone personal isn't. Well said, Serdoa. Spacetyrantxenu has completely lost it, it seems. "Incessant flaming and paranoid whining about powergaming" seems to be his definition of "casual".
If you know what I mean.

Looks like MackSeven should be able to stop the invasion at Mind's Desire:
It doesn't look like Comogawa can crack that city, and MackSeven's other cities are too far away. So MackSeven should be able to clean this up in due time. Latest screenshot in MackSeven's thread shows them saving gold on Horseback Riding, btw.
I have to run.

Xenu had a game-altering bad mood yesterday. Even on a good day he's abrasive, but yesterday his posts might have cost him a teammate in 29, and solidified his "whiner" status here.

Popcorn?
I can't see which of those tiles Moogle is planning on planting on - I'd have thought the fish would have 2 food, but I don't see any in Pindicator's pic. Still, I'm sure those are the wines he's talking about - look how close Moogle's capital is!!

I think the fish are 3366 of the wines, in the one FoW tile that Pindicator has.

I posted in their thread trying to deal with some of this. Not that he's likely to listen to me, perhaps he would to some of you who he doesn't know nearly so well. I think he is totally out of line with Seven, even if Seven can come across as condescending sometimes, or logs in a little more frequently than would be preferred (certainly it would annoy me in a life-or-death civ-fight, but I'd try not to go off the deep end).
Space is dealing with a lot of RL stuff right now, and he's always worst on Mondays when he comes back from seeing his family over the weekend. He's almost to the end of this back-and-forth, though, so things will hopefully improve for him in the coming weeks. This doesn't excuse bad behavior now, though.
I didn't drop out of 29 exclusively because of his abrasiveness, but because he in general is not responding to my efforts to get him going in a more positive direction. He's my twin brother, so I know him very well and want to see him happy. Me quitting is probably the best way to get him to prioritize what is important, and it isn't always Civ. I'm not spoiled on 29, and will jump back in when needed to keep the game moving, but I'm not telling him that just yet.

Ah. Makes sense. That would put his city E-SE of the wines. So he's certainly not going to be amused when he sees where Pindicator has planted. It doesnt invalidate his city, but still...

Thanks for that post btw!
Seriously, is he really your twin brother or was that just a figure of speech?
