Woops, I took some screenshots of this turn but forgot to email them to myself at work, since when I logged into my email I saw I had my once-a-week PBEM59 save and played that instead. RIP.
Anyways, we somehow met mackoti and Furungy. I have no idea where they are, except that I bet they're more likely near Gavagai than us. Its not possible for them to have found our southern chokepoint scout without us seeing it, and it seems a little early for a scouting workboat. Anyways, its great we have so many contacts so early. The Known Tech Bonus (KTB) is a really big deal in RtR mod once we get to the classical era, and an even bigger deal in the medieval era and beyond. I have our EPs split between mackoti and REMAI atm, since it seems REMAI is trying to get research visibility on us.
Our barracks finished its second chop this turn, while our capital hit size 5. Our second warrior is due next turn, after which I think we should get out the second settler, whipping into a workboat. Settler -> WB -> Settler would be my preference in the capital. In our new city, which I named Zen Pencils (Zen Pencils A.R.T. didn't fit unfortunately
), I think the build order should be warrior (aggressive barracks warriors! #WOW #wHoa) then granary. The workers should hook up the corn and then split into chopping duty and roading out to city 3.
What do you think, Borsche? Any ideas for city name #3? Is it finally BCB's time to shine...?
