FWIW, Nakor tried to sell me Rifling for 3800 gold, 150gpt and a world map. 5300 gold total...once I have OU, I can research it for the cost of about 3000 gold in 3 turns.
So...no Nakor, I'm not giving you that gold, even to fight scooter. You don't have much choice in that fight, scooter chose to attack you, so the only way to end the war quickly is to offer him a bunch of cities, and I mean just about every island city you have. And if you do do that...I've almost finished with azza and you will be next on the list with a much diminished production capacity and me with nothing to build except military units.

Yeah, the spam will be continuing, but it's only this turn that anything has happened, it really has been a bunch of turns trudging through culture to get to Pallet town, and appreciating Mother Teresa.

Basically the highlight of this set of turns is that azza attacked out of his capital and killed 7 knights and maybe some HA (but I don't care about HA so I never bothered to count). I'm not concerned about this, because it meant that I didn't have to use many cats to wreck his muskets, as they were wrecked after attacking my knights. I then proceeded to wipe out the remainder of his standing army and take four cities, leaving a mere two to capture that should be gone by T225.
Nothing fancy, just walking through culture, and making sure I always had my cats covered by a bunch of knights. I suppose the only good play was that I could retreat my injured knights immediately after taking Fuchsia onto Mother Teresa and they were all healed in time to take part in the attack on Pallet Town.

Krill broke an irrigation chain at some point in his play.
Easy to do with 50 cities or so.

Actually, the screw up was that I was supposed to break the chain in one location but replace it on the same turn through Culture and By-Tor, but some of the workers auto-completed jobs before I could move them. Not that it really matters all that much.

Looks like azza will be gone on T224, but the real question is whether I can get the 40XP for my next GG during the last two battles.
After that, I need to reassess who I want to lose cities. It's looking like Pingo might need cutting down to size...
