I definitely do not mind waiting 50 turns to be able to post, if that's the condition for me to be able to be on TEAM. I'll keep an eye on my PMs if you all decide that the best way to enforce this is to keep me unaligned until turn 50, as long as somebody tells me when it's time.

You don't need to wait for PMs. Just join the TEAM, read their forum, but don't post for 50 turns smile
