Exactly, and I'm an idiot for it. I just realized this now.

He only posted that it is part of the Circle of Gaelen events. Like I said, nothing I would consider spoilerish.
Btw: Does somewhere exist a list of those chain-events?

I would have thought it was information that may have a serious impact on the way pb will play the game. Although it's a game mechanic, it was unprompted information; I don't have time to look at the code of conduct now, but I always thought it was fine for lurkers to answer specific questions on game mechanics, but not to offer unprompted information on them which potentially gains the player an advantage.
Having said that, I think there's some grey area I don't think it was a egregious violation, in any case.

Well, it's "deleted" now, sorry about that.
Anyway, it is listed on the Fall Further Wiki in the "Events" section, but not anywhere else as far as I know.

Not really a big deal imo. PB would just have looked it up when the second event showed anyway.
Losing Rosier was rather careless on Bob's part, he should have been with the main army to strike at targets of opportunity with his high mobility.

I think it was a pretty bad spoiler. We have no way of knowing if PB would have looked up the event unprompted. He DIDN'T look up the first event. He sure as heck would look it up after seeing that post though.

Sadly Sareln reports that Selrahc has moved a large number of troops southward. Surely they are there because PB tipped him off that I was seeking peace and he would be next... the question is whether they're about to double-team me.
And this is exactly why Bob is feeling the hurt right now. He's still thinking SP. No PB is not going to sign a bad peace after losing a few useless settlements, while the AI would have, and no, Selrahc is not going to let Bob have his way with PB without at least some intervention (even, if from PBs threads, it seems lukewarm) on his own part.
The way I would see it at the moment (trying to take out my spoiler knowledge); if I were Selrahc, I'd rather see PB win than Bob, as no matter what PB cannot stand up the Calabim land, while Bob can with the Kurio and former Hippus lands. Of course the best result is a protracted slug fest, but even then I'd be rooting for PB (if only even silently).

wether or not he would look it up makes no difference he still would take the free +3bpt and still would have gotten the final event. The only difference would be if he got the mage or the ranger.

As soon as he had the final choice for the Gaelan event I would have expect him to look up what they did. The effects on chaotic neutral alignment that seem to be the downsides to choosing the gain nothing options, don't even matter in game mechanics.
If this holds true then PB will road the tile marked with the red X then road SE and Bob's stack will go down, he certainly has the 4 workers required in Reidquat already. Bob left guarding spectres in the jungle west and nothwest of his stack but only seems to have two behind in his main stack.
If there is a road 1S of the banana at Zaonce then he will use that to move all his Zaonce defence forces to 1E of Bob's stack and hit them without river crossing penalty. They will move to that tile and then be hasted to be able to attack.
If that isn't available then I would imagine he will move his forces to the jungle 1 NE of Bob's main stack and using haste attack from there.
All manner of spells and summons will be unleashed. There will obviously be a double snowfall from Hemah. The order that spells will be cast I'm not sure of though, probably want to hit with dispel magic first followed by rust. If he has enough adepts that can be positioned he should be able to totally devastate the stack before he even hits.
With only two spectres in the main stack he might not even bother much with Destroy Undead.
How he might get Roland the Meek into battle I'm not sure. If he loses his two move coming out of the jungle then PB might have to use a road to make sure he can get in range to hit the stack. The Life 2 mage has an easier time since he is already on a road.
Should be fun to read.
