No, they aren't and you could even pair it with EXP...

Pacal was banned, only leader affected by the pick restrictions.

Well that's good to hear. Not sure who the early favorite is as 2/5 players are brand new and 3 of them are known to be inexperienced.

I think Azza may be the most skilled here. He played a solid opening in PB7 - just had the misfortune of starting next to MackSeven.
In terms of picks, I think BRickastley has the best, hands down, with Willem of China. I'm glad to see spiritual is getting a showing in this game with Izzy and Hatty.
