TBH I've not seen much interesting from any other fora for a few years, or English ones, anyway. Apolyton disintegrated around 2006, CFC has never been interested in MP, WPC took some Poly civ players (and none of the good ones), and the Ladder had a lot of players that understood how to play civ differently, but very few that were top class.

Hm. Sounds like I came to the right place then. Yeah, come to think of it, actually, I was looking at some of those other forums today, and I didn't see much in the way of what looked like reporting threads. Just setup/tech threads for what multiplayer games existed. Huh, and here I thought reports were one of the main draws.
