At some point the city would be considered the new owner's and thus it would not be a liberation. That is determined by tile culture but I don't know the specifics. Resistance does not have anything to do with it.

Yes, I understand resistance have no impact on if it is considered liberation or not. I mentioned it only in connection with the ability culture- producing buildings to be built already by the new owner of the city and I was wondering if culture- producing buildings can survive liberation.

All buildings in the city survive liberation.

I still dont get how it is possible for number 3 to attack number 4 he is fighting number 1... And why is this senseless cruelty necessary? This way Commodore is helping mainly Bigger...

I doubt he will get to second place with such improvident geopolitics moves. Skills on the battlefield deployment too.
The battle happened where he attacked me - in my south-east. This territory is disputed in second war with him Zhuge Liang captured one and the same of my cities for third time. This time it will be for last time, as he lost his life there.
Will be interested how he will react now. He have some more army alive there. Will he show sober thinking and run or he will insist on trying to hold against me.

So, Cornflakes attacked me too. At last something interesting on the geopolitical scene!
Now this will be second supplementary examination to see who is thinking good in the big picture. I intend to ask Bigger and Commodore to join me against Cornflakes. Both have good reasons to do so if thinking in the "any number beside 1 is lose".

Who knows... But it will be pointless to beat him if he is not getting attacked by someone else too. He have stronger army than me, and way stronger economics, so there will be only point if he get crippled or eliminated.
