Do you have currency too? So, like, something between +16 and +20 free commerce? (how many cities do you have now?) Either way that's a real nice haul.

I'm moving this week, buying a house. Outside dealing with people that threaten to go down to the railway and kill themselves if they don't get what they want and the moving I don't have much time for actual reports. Simply managing the empire is taking up more and more time.
