Ok, I don't get it, the diplo offer from Inca hasn't gone through now. In the interest of getting the game going, I'm not going to repause the game until Athlete or Nakor come online. I've requested the gold again, let's keep our fingers crossed Inca come online before the turn rolls...

England has declared war on Portugal. The offending knight is dead. If they wish to continue the war, then I believe they should have the same turn-time as either the Ottomans or India. Up to them which one they would want.
