Strengths and interests

I think we should start discussing who can/wants to do what, in order to possibly shore up any deficiencies in our recruiting. Task list:

C&D
War
Micro planning (tiles and worker management)
Macro planning (dotmap, tech path and such)
Diplo
Turns (implementing orders, writing turn reports and taking screenshots)
Organizing (getting everybody to work together in a somewhat structured manner)
Sandbox (creating an updating a simulation of our game for everybody to play around with as needed)

Anything I'm missing? As always, holler at me furiously if you want something changed. I'm not suggesting a rigid system of ranks or roles, just looking for an impression of our strengths and interests.

Micro & macro planning: I like those a lot, and would like to get better at them.
C&D & war: Know next to nothing about them, will read and learn.
Organizing: I love organizing stuff, and will keep doing that until someone tells me to shut up. Unless it's Lewwyn, in which case I will stop only when one of us explodes.
Diplo: Not interested in doing diplo, but will probably comment a fair bit on proposals and messages.
Turns: I will help out if needed, but don't want to mess anything up.
Sandbox: Not very good at that.

So long as people luck in, the only stuff that really needs someone to be dedicated to it is the turn playing and the reporting, and they don't actually have to be the same people. C&D is nice to have but not necessary.

I can play turns occaisionally to help but by no means can I commit to do it regularly as much as I would like to. I'm happy to help out with anything else.

I guess I worded myself poorly. I'm mainly interested in hearing a bit about everybody's strengths and weaknesses. For example, I know that Lewwyn is really good at yelling at people but what are his weaknesses? Does he even have any?

I'm good at telling other people what to do.

I think mostly we need to force Krill to do the diplo since he's the only one I can think of impervious to Kyan's charms.

Apart from the Organization, I am awesome at all these.
