I didn't remember - I just remembered applying to Durham as one of my choices a couple of years ago - they had interesting college names.

Is there actually anything up in the NW of England? Shouldn't we just be putting "Here be Dragons" on all of the maps instead?

There are plenty of dragons but those are simply the women (well the vast majority anyway!)
Lancaster Uni is a special enclave within the nothingness of Lancashire. Now Yorkshire (my home county), that is god's own county!

I am from the NW, and love it, we have the cultural capital of the world after all (and its not the god awful Manchester)
