People don't need to know. They only need to decide if they want to concede or not. When one (no matter if Nr 2 or 3,45,6 etc) wants to play on then play on they have to do.

The city formerly known as Arctic Circle (now Cold Zulu Hell) is Hindu, and closest and has some Zulu culture and pop. In fact, if they start stealing for real it may be worth more to the Zulu economy after capture than it was before!

Is it just me, or has this game just suddenly imploded once Bigger said he wanted to play on?

The game imploded when it reached the big depressing numbers area nobody likes. Everybody wanted to win by getting the dominant position, nobody had a backup plan for the late game, except Bigwyn. And nobody wants to get one such plan now.

I've noticed that suggesting a concession usually puts the game on a fast course to being called. It's just hard to turn back from that.

Yeah, you can say as long as someone wants to play on, you should play on, but once a majority of players don't want to play on the game almost always degrades. I'm not sure there really is a solution to said problem, however.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

It'd be pretty funny if Commodore spent 200 turns at war with scooticator only for Xenu to come in and kill him. It almost certainly won't happen because either a concession will be called, or pindicooter will maul his Carracks, but the thought is amusing nonetheless.
