Rebalancing Civ4: RtR Mod

This isn't something I have even thought about changing (so no one get your knickers in a twist) but has anyone read any good discussion on the versatility of Horse Archers compared to other units?
Current games (All): RtR: PB83

Ended games (Selection): BTS games: PB1, PB3, PBEM2, PBEM4, PBEM5B, PBEM50. RB mod games: PB5, PB15, PB27, PB37, PB42, PB46, PB71 PB80. FFH games: PBEMVII, PBEMXII. Civ 6:  PBEM22 PBEM23Games ded lurked: PB18

If I install/update RBMod 2.03.5 or whatever the latest version is, so that I can play PBEM55, will that conflict with PB13 which appears to work fine with the previous version?

It's fine; you are not replacing the previous version of hte mod, you can leave that folder in place. This is merely putting a new folder, with a different name, into the BtS mods folder.

Does it cause the server trouble if you try and log in with the wrong one loaded?

No idea about if it causes server trouble, but will get to the screen that asks for a password, input a password and then get thrown out of hte game because the mods don't match.

I think Duns are a bit overpowered giving just G2, and giving it to melee units as well, unlike BTS. Giving that AND G1 would be absurd.

Just to pick up on this: I actually don't care one bit how it is implemented or what it gives. But the way it is worded in the game is misleading and - I think - it should be not too hard to change it so that it actually states which unit-types really get the bonus and also that it is only G2 (though the second one at least is true to the wording, just unexpected).

If the wording is difficult to understand, that should definitely be changed.
