My 2 cents (which largely sums up what others have said):
There is no problem with somebody posting when there is no need to. Reports are part of the fun for some, but not required. I don't have a problem with him playing last often. Everybody is entitled to make use of the 24h of the timer. What happened here is that one turn was missed, and more would have been if van had not stepped in in the last minute, when Josh had not notified him that he would need him. Also, several posts here were directed at Josh which he hasn't bothered to answer. So what is expected and polite towards the other players imo is a) reading this thread, and reacting when something related to you comes up, and b) notify your team partner / this thread when you wool not be able to play, in time. Just a heads-up. I'm moving in about 24 hours. I don't expect that there will be any problems as I will have access in the new apartment. But you know how those ISPs are. And yes I also hope that with the ISP change I will have less problems bumping of other players.

It also looks like I at least didn't block Miguelito from entering with the new ISP. So fingers crossed that this holds true for others.
