I should probably go ahead and edit the leaders into the WB file now. FIN is so...boring in BTS. Of course it's the best. Of course everyone has to use it. So you're really hinging a lot on your second trait being able to differentiate your civ from the field. Since everyone takes FIN when given a choice why not ban it and free up the selection process? More variety would surely be more fun.
