seems like NO SPIES is going to win. Can I request that we can have spies, we just cannot run any missions.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Guys, what are we doing regards Leader choice? We have 1 vote for Restricted no Fin / No Phi and 1 vote with Unrestricted. 3 Votes for don't mind.

I will change my vote to Unrestricted. So we have 2 for unrestricted now.

Regarding spies - I will stick with my choice of no spies. Sorry Ruff.

Once we have a difinitive answer to this I will submit my choice as it affects my decision.

I have no problems with the Unrestricted no Fin/Phi rule.

And still preferably No Spies whatsoever

Sorry, I'm the one with the reading problem.

I was voting for No Fin/Phi (but unrestricted, ie any combo of leader + civilization)

But when it comes down to it, I still have no preference, so if No Fin/Phi wins, then great, if it doesn't, then still great.

I vote for unrestricted with no limitation to traits. Fin / Philo is over-rated!

One of the other new games had no Fin/Phi...and four of the five players took Exp. I will say no more.
Honor the charge they made.

FWIW, banning Fin/Exp makes more sense than banning Fin/Phi.
