Well, what if we made it the Quote of the Month? People get a week to propose a quote and a week to vote on the candidates, and have the new quote up by the 15th.
More people have been to Berlin than I have.

I think it works best on whimsy. Scheduling and approving and voting would take all the fun out of it.

I remember the spot being called the QotDay long ago, but nobody ever updated it daily, and eventually after it went unchanged for several months someone redubbed it the QotMoment.
