A trebuchet replacement is certainly something new. Why exactly did you take away the +1 happiness for iron on the Hippodrome? Last time it had +1 happiness from horse and iron.

Compare it to Korea. Putting two resource happy and then that UB undermines that point of the H'Wacha, although it can kill. Still put the CT as better, but then it comes down the UB and it just felt that the barracks needed a bit of a nerf. The Byz UB still gives 2 happy, but the second happy is harder to access.
If Korea is felt to need a bit of a buff I'd just give the UU back the combat bonus against melee. That is probably not wrong either truth be told.

India actually has Mysticism/The Wheel, but it’s supposed to have Mysticism/Mining. Native America has Agriculture/Fishing instead of Agriculture/Hunting. Persia’s Immortal has only the 10% withdraw chance of normal chariots, and its unique market is named “apothecary”.
Civilopedia and the combat preview mouseover both still say that the privateer has its combat bonus against “TXT_KEY_SHIP_OF_THE_LINE”, but the bonus is the correct value and it seems to work properly.
Both executive decisions are fine by me, the circumnavigation one especially.
About Korea, and it possibly needing a buff: as someone who has never played a version of Civ 4 that catapults can kill in, how powerful is the ability for siege to kill anyway? How many things will a strength five unit have odds on?

I imagine it's less about a full strength catapult against another full strength unit and more about changing the ratio of hitters to collateral the attacker needs and drastically swinging it to collateral.

I want to be very clear about this: I am not a smart person, but I am lazy.
There is no functional difference if the bonus is a 65% combat bonus on the privateer attacking the SotL, or if it is a -65% defensive bonus on the SotL when defending against a privateer.
But for some reason, the TXT_KEY_UNIT nonsense doesn't exist if it is set up as a defensive malus. For the purposes of this mod, I don't care enough to spend the night tracking down the issue after spending an hour looking for it.
The rest of the mod faults is dealt with, I'm uploading it now.

Well, it is the former, but it's also fair to say that a stack of catapults have absolutely zero effectiveness as an offensive stack because of flanking from HA. With that in mid, and the general issue with University UB not being that great (even the Seowan isn't too amazing), I've just added back the melee bonus. I don't see how it pushes Korea into the OP range, what with Inca, Babylon, or China in play.

Definitely, thank you MS for helping with bug hunting. The mod wouldn't be at this stage without you to find those bugs, or Charriu to kick me into getting a move on with the DLL prods. Thanks to you both for the help

That one is certainly strange. Maybe an error in the original BTS, which was not recognized as there was no unit with advantage against SoL. For what it helps. I got it working with the 65% combat bonus. I just added:

That the Counterweight Trebuchet starts with accuracy is undocumented, and the Hippodrome gives its second happy face with iron, not a stable.
The Camel Archer does not require horses but does require archery, unlike the knight. I think that leaving out the horse requirement is a fun, harmless concession to theme, but the technology requirements should be made the same.
The odeon gives +2 happy instead of +1. I think that you mentioned it is supposed to be like this, so this should only require an edit to the changelog post, not the mod.
BTS ships of the line can be built with copper or iron. RtR ships of the line can be built only with iron, but the changelog doesn’t indicate this.
