The lurker thread did not disappoint with all the Comm and Pind are neighbors talk
I feel bad that the game didn't play out after reading about all the time and effort that went into the map. It was a fine map. (I got a little sour that I always seem to beeline Astro in maps where it doesn't matter much and ignore Astro when it does, so take those Astro comments in my thread with a grain of salt.) I just wish I could have given it the dedication it deserved.

The only meaningful thing that I think can be done is ultimately to reduce the sheer complexity and time required to play turns, which in the end goes back to map size.
Pretty much nothing on RB is enforcible. In the end, i don't think the map size is then only answer, PB15 was small,.and that was the most stressful game I've played. We probably need to discuss alternate victory conditions.

Alternate victory conditions:
- First player to hack (steal tech from) every other living civ wins! (Modern era start, corporations renamed to Ashley Madison, Facebook, DNC and Newscorp, espionage economy practise!)
- First player to get into negative income at 0% research for 5 turns wins! (Played on a cramped island in the middle of a large world so that it's unit costs that hurt and other players have the opportunity to kill said units and improve your finances...)
- Capture the flag with barb cities full of machine guns scattered around the map! (Do you tech to Marines or just hit them with 50 axes? Your choice!)
- Stay in first place in point score for 20 consecutive turns. (Starting from turn 50 - gonna mean a dogpile every 20 turns :D )
- Stay in second place in point score for 10 consecutive turns. (Starting from turn 50 - is this the hardest setup?)
Completed: RB Demogame - Gillette, PBEM46, Pitboss 13, Pitboss 18, Pitboss 30, Pitboss 31, Pitboss 38, Pitboss 42, Pitboss 46, Pitboss 52 (Pindicator's game), Pitboss 57
In progress: Rimworld

"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. ![[Image: noidea.gif]](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/noidea.gif) In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."
