Well, it would be except at least three others have capitals of similar size - in fact Gawdzak's capital is even larger (size 16). This game has several very strong players.

If you move your units into a position where someone has the opportunity to declare war and attack them, yes, you should do that. Your intentions are irrelevant, because you do not know your opponents intentions and you are depriving him of said opportunity.

That implies that every turn anyone has a unit inside anyone else's territory (or even on the boundaries of their territory), they should maintain a turn order with that person. After all, shunted units move to locations where they can be attacked, as Seven clearly demonstrated. That quickly becomes a nightmare of almost everyone queuing to play in a specific slot (since I'm sure almost everyone has multiple scouts), and defeats the point of playing Pitboss in the first place.

Hasn't been a problem for the...4 PB games I've played in since the abomination that was PB7. It generally helps if you play your turn at the same time each day, and even shift workers like myself are generally able to do that.

Well Jowy and AT had a bit of trouble with understanding double moves in PB9 (I dunno if you count that as one you played or just euthanised Krill?)

I guess the trouble is that logging in a lot makes it much easier to accidentally double-move. I'm as guilty of logging in a lot as anyone - check out my patterns in PB18 at the moment for instance. But I just can't resist - there's always something else to check up on while waiting for the slowcoaches to end turn - and I don't think I should be forced to resist.

Obviously the only person who wouldn't get disqualified in the first 100 turns of a game with Krill as admin would be Krill, but when it's something like settling or scouting someone or declaring war it's important to be whiter than white.

I think it was an innocent enough thing -- a single chariot is not exactly a major threat. Theoretically, I guess he could snipe a worker or a settler if they were close enough to the borders, but I still think it was an overreaction. In any case, it just looks to me like you've got a...well...enemy might be a strong word, so maybe "aggressive neighbor" might be the best description.
