You can unpause, if you push pause/break just before diplo window opens (there is "a moment of black" just after Finishing text). I see Munro suggesting this trick first on CFC and it has worked for me.

Tried it and couldn't get it to work. That moment is pretty much less than a second, at least on my computer.
Can anyone log in and unpause now or within the next 15min? If not I won't be able to play today.
