Carthage has played.

Any chance everyone could end their turn instead of letting the timer roll the full 36 hours?

Seconding this question. I notice that for the last several turns a number of players log-in, presumably play, and then don't ever end their turn (or end it hours after they're already moved everything relevant). Since we have a 36-hour timer now, there isn't any reason to hold the turn to ensure availability for turn-playing purposes, right?

I actually made multiple changes in the last hour of the timer 2 turns ago, despite being "done" like 40 hours earlier. (I actually did end turn hours before that though, and then was regretting it and hoping the turn wouldn't roll before I got home to make changes.)
More to the point I don't think my team has actually been the only team not to end a turn so far since the timer expanded, but it might happen multiple times this coming week because: Cull apparently has no more interest in the game (hasn't been in contact with us for weeks), RefSteel can't access the game currently, Morgan has a life issue which has been preventing him from playing (though he might be back soon, I hope), and I will be in Columbus OH for Origins for 6 days. While at Origins, I'll be getting a maximum of 4 hours sleep a night (wont get any between Tuesday and Wednesday) and the less ammount of time I have to spend on this game this week, the better. I'm hoping we don't have to use pauses, and can get by with just letting the timer run out till next Tuesday at this point. Sorry, but you might as well all know the situation in advance.

Well, I usually need some diplo exchanges to complete before we can end turn, and usually the other teams don't log in until later in the timer. I know it's kinda annoying and I do try and get my turn done ASAP otherwise but I don't want the timer to roll before I've managed to complete whatever I needed to do with the other teams.
